Sell where there is no till.

Kora is a handheld till running Corelith Sell. The money is taken on the device, the fiscal receipt is signed there, and the sale lands on the same record the counter writes to.

Changing systems is the risk. Not the software.

Your list comes across first

Products, prices and customer balances are imported and reconciled against your own totals — and you check them yourself before a single sale is put through.

Everyone gets a login

A plan carries its own team, so everyone who needs a login inside that team size gets one and nobody shares a password to save a seat.

Nothing holds you here

On monthly billing you change plan or leave whenever you like, and a full export of your data is yours on request either way.

A till bolted to a counter is watched. A till that walks needs a name on it.

The device names whoever is on it. It is never an anonymous till.

People sign in as themselves. A handheld never becomes an anonymous till, and a held sale belongs to the cashier, so it walks with them.

A discount above a cashier's limit waits for a supervisor, on the device, before the sale closes.

A lost handheld is a lost handheld. It is not lost takings.

Sign-in belongs to the person, not the handheld. Take that person's access away and the device is a device.

Nothing was retyped. The basket was on the record before the battery went.

Each sale is written to the device as it is taken. What was sold is still there when it powers back on, and still posts in order.

A market stall, a bar floor, a builder's yard, a delivery route, a field agent's round, a queue that has spilled outside the door. Kora reaches all of them on the same record.

The person carrying it is one of the users you already have. Grow carries 15 users and 3 sites, and devices are quoted alongside the plan so you see one total.

Taking the money

The payment is taken in the hand, not carried to a counter

Cash, swipe, EcoCash or the customer's account are all chosen on the device and recorded against the sale as it is taken. Part cash and part EcoCash is one sale and one receipt, not two records to marry up at close.

  • A sale can be split across tenders and still close as one sale
  • USD and ZWG on the same sale, at the rate the sale was sold at
  • An account customer is checked against their limit before the goods move
  • A held sale belongs to the cashier, so it walks with them

No line

No internet is not a reason to stop selling

The sale is written to the device the moment it is taken. Nothing waits for a signal, and nothing is written on paper to be typed up that night. The cashier can see how many sales the device is holding, so nobody has to guess whether the last one went through.

  • The count of held sales sits on the screen, not in someone's head
  • Each held sale keeps the time it was actually sold
  • When the internet comes back they post oldest first, in the order they happened
  • A power cut at the shop does not reach the device in the yard

The receipt

The customer still walks away with a receipt

The fiscal receipt is signed at the sale, on the device, and printed or sent from there. A sale taken with no line still prints a slip carrying its own sale number, and the signing catches up in order once the device finds a signal.

  • Signed at the sale, not in a batch that night
  • Printed to a paired printer or sent to the customer
  • The slip carries its sale number whether the line was up or not

One record

The floor sale is already in the shop's day

A sale taken on a handheld is not a second day to merge. It lands in the same list as the fixed tills, moves the same stock and posts to the same books.

  • Stock comes off the count as the item leaves, not when someone types it up
  • The tender is recorded against the sale, so cash up is one count
  • One day total at close, whichever till rang it

“We bought two handhelds to survive a pay-day weekend. They are the reason nothing on the floor gets written on paper first.”

What buyers ask about the hardware

[HARDWARE PRICING — QUOTED WITH PLAN]. Devices are quoted alongside your Corelith plan so you see one total before you commit to anything. The plan itself is flat — Grow carries 15 users and 3 sites — and a handheld does not add a seat charge: the person carrying it is one of the users you already have. The figures are on the pricing page.
