One record per learner
Enrolment, class and stream, guardians, register, marks, fees and documents sit on one record. Move a learner to a new class once and the class list, the mark sheet and the fee invoice all follow.
Captured where it happens
Registers and marks are captured by the class teacher on the teacher portal, against their own classes and subjects. Nothing is carried to the office on paper to be typed in a second time.
Guardians see it too
Guardians read their own children's balance, report card and attendance on the guardian portal — the same record the bursar has open, so nobody argues about which copy is current.

The record everything else hangs on
Enrol a learner once. Admission number, entry date, class and stream, guardians, documents and medical notes live on one record. It follows the learner from their first day to their last, and produces the leaving record itself.

Corelith Campus gives the school three web portals — one for learners, one for teachers, one for guardians. They are not three systems with three copies of the truth. Capture the learner once — names, date of birth, previous school, guardians and contacts, day or boarder. Corelith allocates the admission number, puts the learner on a class list and raises the term's fee invoice against the fee structure you chose. Send a notice to one class, one form or the whole school. Guardians read it on the portal beside the statement, so the circular no longer depends on a bag getting home.
A school also runs shops. Corelith already knows how.
A tuck shop is a small retail counter. Corelith Sell rings it, Corelith Stock holds what is on the shelf, and the day's takings post to the school's books like any other till — including the fiscal receipt where one is issued.
Blankets, uniforms, textbooks and kitchen stores are counted as stock, with issues recorded against the learner who received them so a uniform charge lands on the right fee statement.
Boarders are flagged on the learner record, so the boarding fee, the hostel list and the register all know who sleeps at school and who goes home at four.

What school heads and bursars ask first
US$1 per active student per month, and nothing else. Campus is not sold on the Start, Grow and Scale plans — a school of 400 learners pays US$400, a school of 90 pays US$90. Staff logins, the guardian and teacher portals, payroll, stores and the tuck shop counter are all inside that figure, and a learner who leaves stops being counted the month they stop being active. There is no per-teacher charge and no separate module to buy later.
Yes. A form holds as many streams as you run, and a learner is allocated to a class and to the subjects they sit. So Form 4 Blue's mark sheet asks only for that class's subjects. Option blocks are set up during onboarding, not worked around afterwards.
Teachers enter their own. The teacher portal shows a teacher their own classes and their own subjects, and that is where most of the school's data is created. The office reads it rather than re-keying it, which is the whole difference between this and a fee system with a class list bolted on.
The register is marked on the device and joins the record in order when the internet comes back. A morning with no network is not a morning with no register, and nobody reconstructs it from memory at the end of the week.

Corelith is registered with ZIMRA to fiscalise directly against the FDMS, so a fee receipt signs from the bursar's own desk rather than through a third party. Registered is not approved: we describe what the software records and signs, and what your school is obliged to do is a matter for you and your own adviser.
Yes. The learner list, classes, guardians and outstanding balances are imported during onboarding and reconciled against your own figures before the term opens on it.
