One till, and that is the whole system.

CounterMini is a single counter unit — the screen, the keys and the receipt printer in one body. There is no PC under the counter and no second box to maintain.

Changing systems is the risk. Not the software.

Your list comes across first

Products, prices and customer balances are imported and reconciled against your own totals — and you check them yourself before a single sale is put through.

Everyone gets a login

A plan carries its own team, so everyone who needs a login inside that team size gets one and nobody shares a password to save a seat.

Nothing holds you here

On monthly billing you change plan or leave whenever you like, and a full export of your data is yours on request either way.

Then the same sale does the rest of the counter's work. You do not.

Signed as the sale completes — virtually, or through the fiscal device already on the counter. The customer gets one slip, not two.

Every tender is recorded against the drawer it went into, so cash up at close is a check against a number, not a hunt through the day.

What you took, by tender, ready before you close — each figure sitting beside the thing it has to be checked against.

There is no PC under the counter and no second box to maintain. It runs Corelith Sell, prints and fiscalises, handles USD and ZWG, and keeps selling in a power cut.

A second till joins the same record and the same price list. A second branch means moving from Start to Grow, which carries 15 users and 3 sites, with a flat monthly amount for each site after that.

One sale, in parts

Take it in parts, if that is how it arrives

Some of it in cash, the rest on a card. Each tender goes against the same sale and the balance counts itself down on the screen, so nobody is doing arithmetic on the counter while a queue forms behind them.

  • Cash, card and EcoCash on one sale, without leaving the screen
  • Cash is recorded against the drawer it actually went into
  • One slip and one sale number, however many tenders it took

The power cut

Keep selling when the power goes

The power goes at 16:20 and the internet goes with it. The till carries on taking sales and printing slips on whatever backup the counter runs on, and writes the day to itself instead of to a server somewhere. When the internet comes back, the queue posts in order, stamped with the time each sale actually happened.

  • Selling and printing carry on with no network at all
  • The queue is on the screen, so nobody has to guess what is waiting
  • Stock and the day's figures settle themselves once the queue clears

Getting going

There is very little to set up. That is the point.

The unit arrives configured for your shop: your products and prices loaded, both currencies set, the drawer and the printer already paired, and your staff and their limits in place. What has to be on the counter is the unit, power and a card reader if you take cards.

  • Products, prices and both currencies loaded before the first sale
  • Staff, their limits and the day-close routine set up with you
  • Onboarding is a one-off, and the unit is quoted with the plan

Growing later

Nothing here has to be thrown away later

A second till joins the same record and the same price list — it is not a second system to keep in step. A second shop means moving from Start to Grow, which carries 15 users and 3 sites, with a flat monthly amount for each site after that. Your figures stay yours: data export is on every plan and is never charged for.

  • The unit on the first counter carries on exactly as it is
  • One price list across both shops, and one figure at close
  • Export is free whether you stay or go

The questions a one-till owner asks

The Start plan carries 5 users and 1 site, which is what a single counter needs. Onboarding is a one-off, and the unit itself is quoted with the plan — so you get one number for hardware, software and setup before you decide anything. The figures are all on the pricing page.

Put your own prices on it and sell for an hour.

Send your price list and last month’s cash-up sheets. We load them onto a unit, let you sell on it, and quote the unit together with the plan, so there is one number to weigh up.

10 founding places are open: guided onboarding at 50% and your price held for 12 months, in exchange for a rollout we can measure. See what a founding place involves.
