Signed for ZIMRA as the sale completes.

Sign virtually at the till, or through the fiscal device already standing on your counter. Either way the record is kept against the sale, so there is nothing to assemble at month-end.

Changing systems is the risk. Not the software.

Your list comes across first

Products, prices and customer balances are imported and reconciled against your own totals — and you check them yourself before a single sale is put through.

Everyone gets a login

A plan carries its own team, so everyone who needs a login inside that team size gets one and nobody shares a password to save a seat.

Nothing holds you here

On monthly billing you change plan or leave whenever you like, and a full export of your data is yours on request either way.

Three things hold whichever route you take.

Fiscalisation happens inside the sale, not in a batch afterwards. Nothing is assembled later from a report, so nothing has to be defended later either.

The lane keeps trading and each sale takes a numbered place. Signing follows the order the sales happened, not the order they sync.

Every touch on a record keeps its own line, in order, with the person who made it and the moment they did. Nothing is overwritten in silence.

Corelith drives the fiscal device you already bought, or signs the sale over your connection with nothing new standing on the counter. The record is the same either way, and the decision is reversible.

Corelith is not approved, certified, endorsed or accredited by ZIMRA, and we make no claim on their behalf. Keeping the record is not the same as a return being prepared or filed — that stays between you and your accountant.

The one decision

Virtually, or through the device already on the counter

There is one decision to make and this is it. Corelith signs the sale over your connection, inside the same action that closes it — or it drives the fiscal device you already bought, and that device signs the sale as the till closes it. Nothing else about the day changes.

  • Virtual fiscalisation needs no new hardware on the counter
  • A device you already own is driven rather than replaced
  • One fiscal record is filed against the sale either way

One record, filed against the sale
The slip

The only part a customer ever sees

The slip carries the sale number, the fiscal number, the tax lines, the rate that priced it and the signature — which is what makes a receipt from three months ago still readable as a receipt rather than as a piece of paper.

  • A queued sale still prints a slip carrying its own sale number
  • Both currencies, and the rate the sale was taken at
  • Any record opens from its number, by date or by till, months later

When the internet goes down

The power goes at ten past five. The queue is still out the door.

Trading through a cut is normal here, so the queue is built to be looked at rather than trusted. It shows what is waiting, in what order, and how long it has been waiting. Signing follows the order the sales happened, not the order they sync.

  • The queue depth is on screen, oldest sale first
  • Each queued sale keeps the minute it was actually sold
  • Nothing is signed twice when the line comes back

Month-end

The records are already in the order the books are

Nobody sits down to match a stack of slips against a ledger. Each fiscal record was written pointing at the journal entry for the same sale, so the two lists are compared rather than rebuilt — and where they differ, the difference has a sale number and a till against it.

  • A day's signed records sit beside a day's takings, one line each
  • A mismatch names the sale and the till, not the day
  • The month's fiscal position is produced, not assembled

Questions we get asked in the first meeting

Not for Corelith Fiscal to work. Sales can be signed virtually at the till with nothing extra on the counter, and a physical fiscal device is supported for operators who prefer one or already have one. What your particular business is obliged to do is a question for your accountant, who confirms how the rules apply to you — we describe what Corelith records, signs and files, and we claim no approval, accreditation, certification or endorsement by ZIMRA or anyone else.

Watch one sale sign itself, both ways.

Tell us what stands on your counter today: a fiscal device, a plain printer, or nothing yet. We ring one sale, sign it on each route, and open the filed record beside its ledger entry.

10 founding places are open: guided onboarding at 50% and your price held for 12 months, in exchange for a rollout we can measure. See what a founding place involves.
